Admittance terms for on-site participants
For admittance to the event on-site participants will need:
- Valid Covid certificate
- Identification document
It is in each participant's own responsibility to acquire a certificate for the day.
Certificates are available in the following cases:
- For vaccinated people (valid 1 year)
- For recovered people (valid 180 days)
- For people who have tested negative (valid 24h to 72h)

Entry-check
Certificates will be controlled at the registration desk on the event. They may be presented either in paper or digitally. Please note that antigen rapid tests must be valid for the whole event duration.
No reimbursements
If a participant fails to present a valid certificate, they will not be admitted to the event. In this case, there is no right to a reimbursement of the ticket fees (of the conference).
Tips for safe networking
- Please keep distance especially when networking
- Pay attention to common hygiene measures (disinfect hands regularly, sneeze/cough into the crook of the arm)
We cannot be more precise at present, considering the variability of the situation. A clearer view will be given closer to the beginning of the event.
In case of infection, Business Upper Austria will not assume any liability.
